The Shiloh Boot fits true-to-size in length & width for most feet.

Size guide: Order the size you most commonly wear in US-sized sneakers.

Between sizes? Choose the larger size.
• For example: If some of your sneakers are 9 and some are 9.5, order a 9.5 in our boots.

Width: E - All our boots are an E width. This means a little more breathing room than standard shoe width (D).

Wide Foot? Most people with EE width find our boots fit them well if they either (a) go up a half size, (b) replace our standard insole with a thinner insole for more room, or (c) do both.
• You can do the same thing (a) or (b) if you prefer a roomier toe box or like to wear thicker socks. Either way gives you a little more wiggle room around your toes.
• Regardless of the insole you go with, our industry-leading PORON® foam footbed is still at the base of it all to provide premium shock absorption and quick rebound.

Full sizes: 8 - 15
Half sizes: 8.5 - 11.5

What makes the Shiloh boot tick?

Layer 1: Natural cork base layer that creates an imprint of the wearer's foot. The cork slowly forms to your foot over time, and increases the comfort of the pair every wear.

Layer 2: CELTEC® shaped shank that provides stability to the boot, and helps with arch support.

Layer 3: Anti-microbial PORON® foam footbed which makes the boots feel soft right from the first wear and provides premium shock absorption and quick rebound from sunrise to sunset.

Layer 4: Removable OrthoBoost™ foam insole to provide all-day support and give your feet a soft cradling feel (that would please most podiatrists).

Removable OrthoBoost™ Insole

The simple and classic lines of the Shiloh boot make them perfect to wear right from the shop to a night out.

Wear them with your favorite jeans and a hoodie to head out camping. Or dress 'em up with khakis and a collared shirt for a special occasion.

They'll work with whatever you're working with.

Fast delivery for a great product

Fit is a tiny bit snug but boots are comfortable and extremely nice. I use them for riding my street bike. Definitely will purchase another pair for my son when he gets his motorcycle license

A Few Words about My New Shilo Boots

What can I say a new boot person my first impressions are after receiving them I had to inspect them. I like the design along with the quality of the leather.
The fit is snug but I expect that to change with time and wear. Looking forward to see what’s to come from more time as they break in and I use them for daily wear.

7 years in…

Best boots I’ve ever purchased. I’ve had these for 7 years. I took them to an old school shoe shop to have them cleaned and they were extremely impressed by the boot. I expect another 10 years out of these. Comfortable, rugged, all around best shoes I’ve ever purchased

Great so far!

I just received mg Shiloh’s a few weeks ago and have been wearing them a lot over the past week while helping my friend remodel some bedrooms. The biggest thing I appreciate is that these boots provide support without destroying my feet while they break in, no rubbing at all! I have also gotten several complements on them which is always nice. I can tell they are very sturdily made and look forward to wearing them for many more years.

So...I was definitely unsure if I should purchase...but I did. The boots are extremely comfortable, and become more comfortable the more I wear them. They look great. One day they were too hot, so I may refrain from wearing them when it's a little warmer out. My only real complaint is that the treads don't look like they will last a long time. It would definitely have been better to write this review in a few months to see how long the treads will last and how well the boots will keep. As far as size, I went with the same size of my other shoes, and it's a perfect fit. Overall, I am very satisfied, even knowing that I will need the treads replaced in a few months. I get lots of comments and I am looking forward to seeing how they will hold up.

You will not regret buying these boots, I have two!

2nd Pair

These are the first pair of boots or shoes that I had ever purchased over the internet. I bought my first pair to wear while hanging out in the great outdoors or working in the yard, it wasn't long that I was wearing them for everyday use. They are now ready to be resolved. I didn't want to go without so I have just received my second pair. I plan on using the new pair for my everyday boot and the resoled pair for my outdoor wear. They are very comfortable, broke in quick. I highly recommend Wilcox boots.

Paul Hewitt (Martinsburg, US)

Stunning boots. I’ve never had leather..anything this nice. Heavy, but comfortable with minimal break in necessary. My only qualm, the soles have gaps between the layers, as if they’re separating. I contacted Wilcox, and they assured me they wouldn’t separate any further. But at the price point I’d love to not see those cracks -_- Alas, overall, awesome boots. Thank you.

Like a wild stallion, you got to tame them.

i have travelled across the seas with my first pair 10 years ago and ‘im about to have it resole . I waited a sale on black friday and bought another 2 pairs of Shiloh . It’s the most comfortable boot’s anyone can buy in the market. its worth to a hard earned money to invest on a good pair of boots.

Shoe Construction

The heritage constructed Shiloh boot features a 360° Goodyear Welt with a two-part natural rubber sole.

The full-grain leather uppers and calfskin lining make the Shiloh boot incredibly durable yet comfortable enough to wear all day.

The welt is a strip of leather about an inch wide that connects the upper leather to the midsole. Its outer edge cam be seen around the edge of the boot.

This is the tell-tale sign of the highest tier of shoemaking that allows boots to be easily resoled and fully rebuilt, allowing them to last for years to come

This means the leather used on our boots has not been sanded, buffed, or treated in anyway to remove natural imperfections. Sanding or buffing removes the layer of skin below the hair, but this is the strongest and most durable part of the hide - so you don't want to lose it.

This leather shows characteristics of the hide it came from, and only gets better with age.

This age of leather is perfect for the inside of the boot. It's buttery smooth but still durable and breathable.

Behind the lining the boots are generously padded on the upper, the quarters, and the tongue. At the back of the boots, there's a generous cushioning all around the collar. Together, this makes for a snug pair of boots. Review Medals
