You have different return options depending on the time you begin your return:
• Exchange for another size, color, or style - must be requested within 100 days of receiving your order.
• Store Credit of the full amount - must be requested within 100 days of receiving your order.
• Refund of the full amount - must be requested within 30 days of receiving your order.
We reserve the right to refuse returns that do not meet these criteria.
Specifically, returned product with creases or wear on soles will not be accepted & buyer is responsible for shipping costs to send their product back.

The faster & better way. The fastest way to do an exchange is to simply place a new order for the new product you want, and then start a return for your original order. You will not have any issues getting a full refund on your original order, so long as it meets the Return requirements listed above. This method is faster & easier for you & us.
Your new item ships immediately and you can guarantee that the new size or color you want is in stock.With
standard exchanges, your replacement item ships out to you only after
it has arrived at our warehouse & been inspected. In the time it
takes your return to come back to us and ship back to you, the new size
or color you're requesting may be sold out!
We will honor any discount or sale price from your original order
when you place your second order. Just shoot us a quick note in reply to your new order confirmation email and we'll happily apply the discount.
Refunds & Store Credit will be initiated within 5-7 business days after your package has been received & inspected at our warehouse.
Exchanges will be initiated within 2-4 business days after your package has been received & inspected at our warehouse.
