International Returns

Customers who purchased from outside the contiguous U.S. should send us an email to start a return/exchange, and we’ll get you taken care of as soon as possible!


The international returns process is as follows;
1. Email us to indicate your desire to exchange/return your item, or we won’t know to expect your item or refund you.
2. In the email, include the following information;
     - Order number
     - Exchange or Return
     - If exchanging, specify the new size or color you want in exchange
3. Carefully repackage your order in its original packaging.
4. Include your Order # on a paper inside the package
5. Ship your package to:

Exchanges
 will be initiated within 2-3 business days after your package has been received & inspected.

Refunds
 will be initiated within 3-5 business days after your package has been received & inspected.
