Details, details, details...
A clean & clear ankle boot with a full-grain leather upper - lined with the purest calfskin leathers we could find - is paired with a mini-lug rubber sole and heel cap. As always, you'll find these premium upper leathers paired with thick vegetable-tanned leather welts & midsoles. True to Wilcox styling detail, our welt & midsole are lightly touched with a clear finish to not deter from the beauty of the leathers (but able to be died or painted at your discretion).
As with other styles we've re-released, the Fairfax has been refined from the ground up. The shoe last, the patterns for the upper quarters and vamp have each been meticulously remastered to improve the fit and quality of construction.
